I used backpackerdeals.com on my phone while I was travelling, and it was straightforward. I was a little worried at first about booking a tour on mobile, especially with payment and everything, but it all went through smoothly and the pages loaded fine. It was reassuring not to have any drama with the checkout. The only small thing was that some details took a bit of scrolling to find on the smaller screen. Overall though, it was easy to use, saved me time, and I’d feel comfortable booking through it again.

"Good tour, but the details were a bit off"
I booked a tour through backpackerdeals.com and overall it was fine. Most of the itinerary lined up with what we actually did, but a couple of the times were off and one stop ended up being shorter than what was listed. Just a heads up for anyone booking through Backpacker Deals, I booked two tours with them and both tour operators turned up on time, so no major complaints there. One of the pickup details was a little unclear, which could’ve been annoying if I hadn’t checked, but it got sorted quickly. Overall, it was a reliable experience and I’d probably use them again, but I’d definitely recommend confirming your pickup info ahead of time.

"Mostly smooth, but timing could be better"
Booking was easy enough, which I appreciated, but the schedule was a little hit or miss. Our pick-up showed up about 20 minutes late, and there wasn’t really any explanation for it, not a huge deal, but still a bit stressful when you’re waiting around wondering what’s going on. The tour itself ended up going fine, so it didn’t ruin the day or anything. Just wish the punctuality had been a bit better.
